WOW is putting Frankfurt, Berlin, Edinburgh, Bristol, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and London on sale for $69.99 one-way. WOW recently changed their baggage policy:

• You are only permitted ONE personal item — it must fit under the seat.
• Carry-on up to 22lbs is now $41
• Checked luggage up to 44lbs is now $51

So realistically, the cheapest one-way is going to be about $110. Without bags, the cheapest roundtrip ticket including all taxes will be about $270. There are only few dates each, so play around with the WOW Air flexible fare calendar to find availability.

Copenhagen and Stockholm is often at about $400 with regular airlines – you be better off with taking those if you can’t travel with a small backpack. The other city pairs is a toss up when factoring in all the fees.
