The Starwood deal is actually 25,000 miles with most airlines since when you transfer in 20,000 points chunks, Starwood will give a 5,000 mile bonus during the transfer. Starwood can be transferred to American, Delta and US Air at a 1:1 ratio. So the Starwood points is worth 25,000 miles.
