[Premium Economy] American – $1,145: Los Angeles – Tokyo, Japan. Roundtrip, including all Taxes

[disclose]

A good sale for nonstop service to Tokyo in Premium Economy

We are flying American’s new Premium Economy product at the end of the month – from the pictures, looks like domestic first class seats (basically, wider than coach, a little more padding and 5-6″ more legroom compared to coach).

Delta also have a similar fare, but it is NOT a true premium economy product, just a regular coach seat with more legroom.

Here are some practical travel tips for Tokyo, Japan.

(We are testing Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class deals the next few weeks to sort out some workflow and algorithms issues, we will see how it goes and whether to make this a regular feature – for Business Class / First Class deals.)
